This fool doesn’t need to be in Congress; he needs to be locked away in an eldercare facility playing dominoes and harassing the nursing staff because a) he’s old enough; b) he is not of sound mind (which seems to be a requirement to be a Democrat in office these days); and c) he is a threat to our constitutional republic.
