Pro-Antifa Attorney General Keith Ellison has charged a former Minneapolis police officer for allegedly assaulting a man who fired at police during the Black Lives Matter riots over George Floyd’s death.

Former officer Justin Stetson, 34, has been charged with one felony count of third-degree assault.

Far-left AG Ellison infamously shared a photo of himself holding the Antifa Anti-Fascist Handbook, claiming that it would “strike fear” into former President Donald Trump.

Stetson is accused of beating up BLM activist Jaleel Stallings on May 30, 2020.

On that evening, rioters had lit fires all over the city — including at a post office, gas stations, and other businesses near the police department.

The launch of Russia’s special military operation and the accession of the four new regions to the country ended 30 years of attempts by Moscow to build an equal partnership with the West, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Thursday.

Summing up the country’s foreign policy course in 2022, the ministry said the recognition of the sovereignty of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) and the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR), the start of the special military operation, the holding of referendums in the two Donbass republics and in the liberated areas of the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions followed by their accession to the Russian Federation were "tough but necessary steps." "At the same time, they ended a 30-year period of honest attempts by Russia to build an equal partnership with the collective West," the Russian diplomats said.

This is good news for Sam Bankman-Fried.

Judge Kaplan is part of the Deep State Democrat gang.

Judge Kaplan has allowed E. Jean Carroll to sue President Trump for alleged rape. A Case President Trump has adamantly denied.

Formerly the border crossing numbers from last month were released near the beginning, or in the middle, of the month, often on a Friday,  the traditional day for burying bad news. During the Biden Border Rush, this has gotten closer and closer to the end of the month: in October, 2021, they were  released on October 22, the fourth Friday of a five-Friday month.

The  Center for Immigration Studies wrote in May of this year that

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has utilized this delay tactic throughout the Biden administration in an effort to hide the full extent of its border crisis from the American people.

An 83-year-old North Carolina Home Depot worker has died — weeks after he was tossed to the ground trying to stop a “menace to society” shoplifter still on the loose.

Gary Rasor is seen on surveillance footage stepping up to confront a man wheeling three Ryobi power washers out of the Hillsborough store Oct. 18 — only to be shoved to the ground by the crook who then casually strolls away.

Rasor was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he celebrated his 83rd birthday and made hopeful plans to see his new grandchild for the first time, his wife told WNCN.

He died Thursday “due to complications from the injuries received,” Hillsborough cops announced the next day.

The North Carolina medical examiner has ruled the death a homicide, police said, adding the hunt continues for a suspect they previously branded a “menace to society.”

“It’s just beyond our comprehension that someone would do this for a couple of power washers,” Rasor’s son Jeff Rasor told WNCN.

“That is just mind-boggling,” he said.

Some people lost their jobs because their employers fired them for not obeying federal mandates.

And others were told that they had no rights during federal emergencies. The fallout from the liberals’ abuse of COVID-19 continues to hit home as those affected seek compensation through the judicial system.

Workers at NorthShore University Health System were subjected to communist rules when workers were denied exemptions because of their religious exemptions. Five hundred workers took the matter to court and found that the organization violated their rights.

U.S. District Judge John Kness found that the university had violated the workers’ rights. He awarded them $10.3 million in a settlement that sent a clear message around the country that stepping on people's rights is unacceptable.

After a crash involving an F-35B on Dec. 15, 2022 in Fort Worth, Texas, the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) has released a statement to Defense News confirming that it had issued guidance to ground a limited number of newer F-35s.

According to the JPO statement, “The F-35 Joint Program Office has issued a Time Compliance Technical Directive (TCTD) to restrict some aircraft, which have been evaluated to be of higher risk, from flight operations while the investigation into the mishap on December 15 continues and until procedures can be developed for their return to flight. The affected aircraft have been identified, and the JPO will work with the [U.S. military] services and [international] partners to ensure compliance with the TCTD.”

As already reported, the pilot involved in the F-35B incident that took place at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Fort Worth, on Dec. 15, ejected safely. The plane had not yet been transferred to the US government.

Outgoing Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz told a graduating class of Israeli Air Force Pilots that they might be bombing Iran in “two or three years” as Israel has been preparing for strikes on the country.

“Israel has significantly increased its preparedness in recent years and is preparing for the possibility of an attack on Iran,” Gantz said, according to The Times of Israel. “You may cross the sky to the east in two or three years and take part in an attack on nuclear sites in Iran, for which we are preparing.”

The speech was likely Gantz’s last as defense minister as the government of incoming Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is set to be sworn in on Thursday, but the threats against Iran will continue. Netanyahu has tapped a member of his Likud party and major Iran hawk, Tzachi Hanegbi, to lead Israel’s National Security Council.

Pope Francis has announced that his predecessor, Pope (Emeritus) Benedict XVI is “very ill.”

The 95-year-old Benedict, who stepped down nearly 10 years ago, has been believed to be in poor health, but his successor’s call for prayers for him confirmed the gravity of his illness.

“I would like to ask all of you for a special prayer for Pope Emeritus Benedict who— in silence is sustaining the Church. Remember him, for he is very ill,” the pope said during his Wednesday General Audience. “Ask the Lord to comfort him and sustain him in this witness of love for the Church, until the end.”

Where is Kanye West?

Wild rumors are swirling that the artist now known as Ye is “missing” — as his ex-business manager tries to serve him with a $4.5 million lawsuit, the US Sun reports.

Thomas St. John, who is suing the erratic “Gold Digger” rapper and his company Yeezy over alleged unpaid fees, told a court he has also been unable to find a proper address for Ye.

The rumors about the 45-year-old mogul’s whereabouts began to spread after a tweet sent by Daily Loud, who wrote: “Kanye West has reportedly been missing and unable to find [sic] for weeks according to his ex-business manager.”

According to documents obtained by the news outlet, St. John on Dec. 19 sought an extension until the end of March to serve the lawsuit.

We finally have at least some empirical evidence for the answers beyond the net population changes which we’ve already seen showing flight from blue states. It’s a national survey conducted by the Trafalgar Group last month indicating that America may be politically segregating at a much faster pace than is apparent from net population changes.

The national survey asked likely voters, “Have you moved in the last 3 years, or plan to move in the next year, to a region that aligns more closely with your political and/or personal beliefs?”

Over 4% of Republicans and independents said they had already moved, in the last three years, to a region more closely aligned with their political beliefs.

Far more importantly, over 10% of Republicans and over 9% of Independents say they plan to move in the next year to a region in which they are more politically aligned.

Just as significantly, those numbers are far smaller for Democrats. Results are summarized here:

Ten human rights groups based in Israel are urging the International Criminal Court’s chief prosecutor to visit Palestine and move forward with the investigation opened by his predecessor last year after a years-long preliminary examination.

Karim Khan, the court’s chief prosecutor, said earlier this month that he aimed to visit Palestine in 2023.

His remark during the court’s assembly of state parties came amid criticism that his office has stalled the Palestine investigation despite the rapidly deteriorating human rights situation in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

In a letter to Khan, the groups based in Israel state that crimes within the tribunal’s jurisdiction “have been and are being committed.”

The organizations – which include Adalah, a group that advocates for the rights of Palestinians in Israel, and B’Tselem, which has extensive documentation of Israeli violations – pledged to assist the investigation.

Ukraine has been hit with a "massive" attack of over 120 missiles across the country Thursday, its military and presidency's office said. "December 29. Massive missiles attack... The enemy is attacking Ukraine from various directions with air and sea-based cruise missiles from strategic aircraft and ships," Ukraine's air force said in a public statement.

It marks the largest barrage of missiles since there was weekend talk from both sides of mutual 'openness' in getting to the negotiating table. Ukrainian leadership floated the proposal of UN-brokered talks by the end of February, but its insistence on Russian officials facing a war crimes tribunal first was seen in Moscow as not serious and a non-starter.

Social media footage showing missile contrails over Kiev.

Regardless, at this point, Thursday's fresh aerial attack effectively slams the door shut on the possibility of talks. According to a blistering statement from Zelensky aide Mykhaylo Podolyak, the missiles were launched:

...by the "evil Russian world" to destroy critical infrastructure & kill civilians en masse. We’re waiting for further proposals from "peacekeepers" about "peaceful settlement", "security guarantees for Russian Federation" & undesirability of provocations.

Thus with the obvious sarcasm Zelensky's office has clearly signaled talks at this point are all but an impossibility from its point of view.

The Ukrainian military said missiles reached as far West as Lviv, parts of which were left without electricity Thursday morning. "Ninety percent of the city is without electricity," Lviv's mayor said in a social media post. "We are waiting for more information from energy experts. Trams and trolleybuses are not running in the city."
