Jill and Hunter Biden are taking command behind the scenes at the White House, urging President Joe Biden to fire staff they believed were of disservice to him and to fight on as the Democratic nominee.

Meanwhile, the president's sister, Valerie Biden Owens, who has served as Biden's 'gut check' and closest adviser, is on her way to the White House for the July 4th celebrations, where she will have face-to-face meetings regarding her brother's re-election campaign.

The trio's support for the president comes amid reports he has told allies he is considering dropping out of the race. The White House denies this, saying Biden is in it to win it. Biden and his team are working frantically to shore up support among party members, lawmakers, governors and donors to reassure them he can beat Donald Trump in November.

Jill, Hunter and Valerie are the three most important people in any decision Joe Biden makes about his future.

Kamala Harris accidentally referred to Joe Biden as the 'vice president,' echoing a verbal gaffe her boss made earlier, during a July 4 event at the White House

With many wondering if she could replace Biden as Democrats' candidate for president were he to drop out, she was positively giddy while giving the speech.

She said: 'We give thanks to our commander-in-chief, the vice - the president of the United States! The extraordinary President of the United States Joe Biden!'

Biden then took in the applause from the Washington crowd and wished everyone a happy Independence Day amid calls for him to step down by many of his fellow Democrats.

Authored by Michael Snyder via TheMostImportantnews.com,

Are we on the verge of an apocalyptic global war in which billions of people could die?  Very few people anticipated that World War I would erupt, but it happened anyway.  And very few people anticipated that World War II would erupt, but it happened anyway.  All throughout human history, there have been wars.  Ever since the very beginning, it has just been a matter of time before major powers collide.  Unfortunately, even though very alarming warning signals are flashing all around us, most of the population of the western world seems absolutely clueless about what is really going on out there.  Leaders all over the planet seem to have come down with a really bad case of “war fever”, and preparations for apocalyptic showdowns are being made.

We are in far more trouble than most people realize.

And it is far later than most people think that it is.

I just wish that we could get more people to wake up.  We are literally stumbling into an apocalyptic global war, and once we are in the middle of it there will not be any way to go back and get a second chance to do things over.

Colorado health officials have confirmed that a resident has contracted the bacterial infection that causes the plague.

The deadly medieval disease can cause patients to cough up blood and for their skin to blacken - hence its ominous nickname ‘black death’.

It is not known how the individual became infected, however the bacteria can be passed via touching wild rodents and the bites of infected fleas.

Locals tout the tangerine sunsets from Oahu's quieter west coast, but homeless tents that dot the ocean's edge hint at a growing problem — poisons in paradise brought in by Mexican cartels.

The dominant super cartels — Sinaloa and its rival, the Cártel Jalisco Nueva Generación, known as CJNG — run drug pipelines through California and Nevada to flood Oahu with meth and other drugs, including fentanyl, said Victor Vazquez, assistant special agent in charge of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration's operations in Hawaii.

"It's alarming," he said. "If it wasn't for the ocean, the drugs would be driven straight to Waikiki," referring to the bustling tourist spot of Honolulu's south shore, lined with high-rise hotels, restaurants and shops.

The Dump Biden movement has regained momentum inside the Democratic Party.

We cannot yet say for sure that it will succeed. Team Biden is still digging in to keep their man in contention.

But the ground is slipping from under the President's feet. It could soon be an unstoppable landslide.

By this time next week, the Democrats could be looking for a new presidential candidate. Or still ripping themselves apart over whether they should be.

I spoke to two senior Democrats today, one an experienced election strategist, the other on Joe Biden's staff when he was vice president.

Both were unequivocal: Biden should withdraw and make way for someone else.

A third Democratic operative was even more blunt: 'Everybody wants him to quit.'

Joe Biden described himself as a black woman during a radio interview flub, as calls mount for the 81 year-old president to drop his re-election bid.

The gaffe-prone president, 81, stumbled over his words during Thursday's interview with Philadelphia's WURD, seemingly mixing himself up with his Vice President Kamala Harris.

'By the way, I'm proud to be, as I said, the first vice president, first black woman... to serve with a black president. Proud to be involved of the first black woman on the Supreme Court. There's so much that we can do because, look... we're the United States of America.'

Biden appeared to be highlighting his appointment of Kamala Harris as the United States first black female vice president.

President Biden made several odd gaffes and misstatements throughout the official White House Fourth of July celebration, appearing confused at times and puzzlingly greeting the crowd with a hearty “Ho ho ho! Happy Independence Day!”

The president, 81, and first lady Jill Biden were joined on stage by Vice President Kamala Harris and second gentleman Doug Emhoff. Harris introduced the “extraordinary” President Biden who then began a short statement of well-wishing for the holiday.

Biden looked more sprightly than during his much-maligned June 27 debate performance. But his statements weren’t much more coherent despite being louder in volume.

A California-based credit union with over 450,000 members said it suffered a ransomware attack that is disrupting account services and could take weeks to recover from.

"The next few days—and coming weeks—may present challenges for our members, as we continue to navigate around the limited functionality we are experiencing due to this incident," Patelco Credit Union CEO Erin Mendez told members in a July 1 message that said the security problem was caused by a ransomware attack. Online banking and several other services are unavailable, while several other services and types of transactions have limited functionality.

Patelco Credit Union was hit by the attack on June 29 and has been posting updates on this page, which says the credit union "proactively shut down some of our day-to-day banking systems to contain and remediate the issue... As a result of our proactive measures, transactions, transfers, payments, and deposits are unavailable at this time. Debit and credit cards are working with limited functionality."

Patelco Credit Union is a nonprofit cooperative in Northern California with $9 billion in assets and 37 local branches. "Our priority is the safe and secure restoration of our banking systems," a July 2 update said. "We continue to work alongside leading third-party cybersecurity experts in support of this effort. We have also been cooperating with regulators and law enforcement."

Leading doctors are warning the public about a “deadly plague” that is killing off people who have received Covid mRNA shots.

Doctors in New Zealand say vaxxed patients are now dying at “alarming” rates and warn the issue is spreading rapidly.

Coroners are also warning that mortality rates are continuing to skyrocket since the rollout of the jabs, with the vast majority of deaths now being vaccine-induced.

Medical experts say the issue highlights the failures of health professionals and institutions to give the public sufficient information so people can consent to the injections based on an informed decision.

But, as Dr. Guy Hatchard notes, this admission will not result in any repercussions on the vaccinators and their allies.

And he puts the deaths by vaccination into perspective.

An Oklahoma judge already facing criminal prosecution in connection with two shootings has now been accused of sexual and professional misconduct on the job.

If the allegations against him are any indication, Brian Lovell, a 59-year-old associate judge in Garfield County, Oklahoma, is one unsavory character.

Lovell has also been accused of favoring certain attorneys and issuing rulings, including bond assessments, accordingly; illicitly collaborating with attorneys through 'ex parte communications'; and even attempting to persuade an attorney to commit perjury.

In the past five months, Lovell has been indicted in connection with two separate shootings that occurred in 2023: one at his brother-in-law's ranch and one at a busy intersection in Austin, Texas, as Blaze News previously reported. Thankfully, no one was injured in either incident.

Hours after the White House told reporters that President Biden had not had any recent medical exams, the president reportedly contradicted his press secretary by telling governors that he had a recent medical checkup.

When pressed about the president's health during a press briefing on Wednesday, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre explicitly told reporters that Biden has not had any medical exams since his last annual physical.

"Has the president had any medical exams since his last annual physical in February?" CNN's Min Jung "MJ" Lee asked.

"And got – and we were able to talk to the – to his doctor about that, and that is a no," Jean-Pierre said.

Webmaster addition: The White House is now saying Biden had a "brief check."

Labour’s Paul Waugh has won back Rochdale from independent former Labour MP George Galloway, who had snatched it from the party at a recent by-election.

Workers Party of Great Britain leader Galloway secured around 11,508 votes, but Waugh, a former political journalist from the north-west town, secured more than 13,000 to win it back for Labour.

Labour had lost the seat amid a row over its stance on Gaza, with serial by-election fighter Galloway tapping pro-Palestine sentiment, before its by-election candidate then also saw his candidacy ditched by the party over his controversial comments about Israel.

July 4th is supposed to be celebrated as Independence Day in the United States. It commemorates the victory of Britain’s American colonies in declaring their Independence from British colonial rule and becoming a new nation no longer beholden to the King of England. Sadly, the people of the United States have largely forgotten their revolutionary roots. By the start of the 20th Century, the United States was in the process of becoming the very thing it rebelled against — a colonial empire. In the wake of World War II, noveau colonialism captured U.S. foreign policy, and the American politicians embarked on a seemingly endless series of overseas adventures that tried to protect European colonial interests or catered to the wishes of wealthy corporations. The war in Vietnam is an example of the former and the coups in Iran and Guatemala the latter.

I christened this blog SONAR21, which stands for Son of the New American Revolution 21st Century. I am a current member of the Sons of the American Revolution (SAR). I have counted 28 of my ancestors who fought — all as members of a militia — in the War of Independence. I want to tell you the story of my 5th Great Grandfather, William Thomson and his brother Charles. They were born in Londonderry, Ireland — William in 1722 and Charles in 1729. Their mother, Elizabeth, had three other children. She died giving birth to their sister, Mary, in 1738. Their grief stricken father, John Thomson, loaded up his five boys (Mary was left behind in Ireland) on a boat and sailed for Philadelphia. They were seeking a new life in Colonial America.

Every speech is littered with gaffes, he can’t seem to stay awake and he needs assistance to walk short distances. Microsoft has started a new round of layoffs, making it the third time it’s made drastic job cuts this year.

Who has been affected?

It’s unknown how many employees have been affected by the recent job cuts, although it’s thought that the product and program management teams have been impacted the most.

The latest round of layoffs comes after Microsoft cut around 1,000 jobs across various departments–including Azure Cloud and Mixed-Reality teams–last month, and nearly 2,000 from its gaming division team, in January.

Why have they made these layoffs?

In Microsoft’s own words, they have made these “organizational and workforce adjustments” as part of a necessary and normal part of running a profitable business in such a turbulent economy.

Former President Donald Trump released a 4th of July message on Thursday, dropping the hammer on President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and special prosecutor Jack Smith.

Trump, who was widely viewed as the winner of the first presidential debate last week, has remained relatively quiet while Biden attempts to assure allies and voters that he has the mental and physical stamina to continue his re-election campaign. Trump released his 4th of July statement hours after a leaked video of the former president calling Biden an “old, broken down pile of crap” went viral on social media.

“Happy Fourth of July to all, including to our highly incapable ‘President,’ who uses Prosecutors to go after his Political Opponent, who choked like a dog during the Debate but tried to pretend it was ‘International Travel’ (only 12 days rest!) and, when that gig was up, he blamed it on a ‘cold.’ Therefore, why would anyone say he’s cognitively challenged?” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

President Joe Biden told Democrat governors this week that he needs to be sleeping more, working less, and needs to stop doing events at night after his embarrassing showing during last week’s presidential debate.

The New York Times reported that Biden acknowledged to the governors that he was having fatigue issues — a stark contradiction to White House staffers’ claims in recent days as they seek to quell forces from inside the party that are trying to push him out as polls show former President Donald Trump with a commanding lead over him and the overwhelming majority of voters believe that he is “too old” to be president.

Biden told the governors that he was staying in the race as he blamed his poor debate performance on trips that he took weeks prior to the debate.

Former President Donald Trump hammered President Joe Biden on Thursday, challenging him to another debate as the nation celebrates its 248th birthday.

The social media post from Trump comes as Democrats have been itching to dump Biden ever since his disastrous debate performance last week, but have so far been unable to do so.

“I have the answer to the Crooked Joe Biden Incompetence Puzzle — Let’s do another Debate, but this time, no holds barred — An all on discussion, with just the two of us on stage, talking about the future of our Country,” Trump said. “The ratings were massive for the First Debate, record setting, in fact, but this one, because of the format, would blow everything away!”

In a move that expectedly has some anti-gunners losing their minds, a group of Michigan legislators have proposed a bill that, if approved, would make the AR-15 Michigan's official state firearm. The move has sparked controversy, with some residents expressing concern about its potential impact on Michigan's image. However, the move is not unprecedented, as nearly a dozen other states have official guns.

House Bill 5792 is being spearheaded by State Representative Brian BeGole and cosponsored by 11 other Michigan House Republicans. Begole has 32 years in law enforcement, including six years as the sheriff of Shiawassee County. He argues that the AR-15 is unfairly stigmatized and emphasizes that many people use the platform for hobbies such as target shooting, self-defense, and exercising their Second Amendment rights.

“More and more often, AR-15 owners are ostracized and criticized for their perfectly reasonable and legal decisions to possess a firearm. That's just not right,” BeGole told News Channel 3 in Michigan.
