Gun owners may face felony for homeschooling: Report MikeRivero

A viral video shows a social media user warning Missouri residents that a new bill expanding school choice initiatives could make it a “felony” for gun owners to have firearms in their homes if they choose to homeschool their children.

The video, which was shared Wednesday on X, formerly Twitter, by Wall Street Apes, features a social media user by the name of “redneckpatriot88” warning Missouri residents about the potential dangers of Senate Bill 727.

The man then dragged Jenneiahn to the living room and handcuffed her to a wooden chair. He demanded that she tell him where her valuables were located and grew angry when she said she didn't have much. She said that he put his gun to her head at that point.

She told him that there were two safes downstairs, and Condon left her handcuffed to rummage around for the safes. That's when he discovered that her disabled son was also in the home, and he grew angry that she hadn't told him about the son.

"Hi, my name is Lily Tang Williams. Welcome to my 'live free or die' state," she began.

"Actually, I am a Chinese immigrant who survived communism, and under Mao, you know, 40 million people were starving to death after he sold communism to them. And 20 million people died ... murdered during his Cultural Revolution," she continued.

She then specifically addressed Hogg: "So, my question to you, David, is that can you guarantee me, a gun owner, tonight, our government in the U.S., in D.C., will never, never become a tyrannical government? Can you guarantee that to me?"

An 85-year-old woman in rural Idaho is being hailed for her heroic actions after she was the victim of a brutal home invasion.

The Bingham County Sheriff’s Office said officers were called to the home on March 13 and found a man deceased from gunshot wounds and the elderly homeowner also injured.

In an interview with Univision, President Joe Biden said he will consider taking further executive action on guns and criticized 2024 Republican presidential candidate former President Donald Trump for how he “famously told the NRA that, don’t worry, no one’s going to touch your guns” if Trump won.

In recent years, we’ve seen high courts rule on many Democrat-led policies. The SCOTUS has led the way striking down some of the left’s favorite pet agendas. But courts across the land have been taking a hard look at Democrats’ big-government platform.

And it appears they don’t like what they are seeing.

Pennsylvania police said that a woman was able to shoot and kill one home intruder and send another to a hospital after being ambushed at her Philadelphia apartment.

The woman arrived at her apartment on the first floor of a row home on Chestnut with her boyfriend at about 2 a.m. on March 29 when three armed men grabbed her, according to police.

The woman shot two of the men during a brief scuffle where 13 shots were fired.

The Madison County Sheriff's Office — which took over the investigation because a family member of the homeowner is a part-time Collinsville police employee, the station said — determined that the homeowner asked Gagen leave the residence's front porch, but Gagen refused.

The homeowner feared for his safety and got a gun from inside the home while making "numerous" requests for Gagen to leave, KDSK noted.
